where these have been supplied willingly by web users/customers but these are never sold
or given to operators of any other websites.
They are merely used, sometimes, to make contact with an individual and open a dialogue between themselves and the website owners. They may also be used to provide you with e-mail updates
on the topics you have requested or postal information if you request that service.
This website reserves the right to use cookies for collecting user information from the site;

TheDovecoteCo does not store any financial information provided by its customers.
Any information regarding credit/debit card details provided are destroyed immediately
on completion of transactions.

analysis of responses. This privacy statement only covers this website and any subsequent subsites

Delivery Timescales/Methods.
All our dovecotes are made to order and we aim to deliver them within 15 working days of
orders being placed. At times of heavy demand our lead times may be extended by a few days
but we will confirm anticipated delivery dates on receipt of orders.
Dovecotes are delivered fully assembled by National Carriers usually on a 48 hour service.
Smaller items are despatched by first class parcel post. Delivery prices given on our
website relate to UK mainland destinations only. Prices for Scottish islands,
Isle of man etc will be higher but quotations are available on request.
A tracking service is available for most deliveries and links to tracking
services are advised on despatch notifications.
Cancellation of Contracts and Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item
purchased on this website for a full refund. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing
by post to THEDOVECOTECO, 2 Winterton Close, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 6PZ
or by email to info@thedovecoteco.co.uk.
If you wish to cancel your order before we despatch the goods you can notify
us in writing or by e mail to the addresses in the previous paragraph.
If you cancel your order after goods have been despatched or on receipt are unhappy with
your purchase you must notify us of your cancellation in writing within 7 days of
receipt of the delivery. We will provide a full refund but the goods in question
must be returned in good order with the original packaging and the cost
of return will be borne by the buyer.
Should goods received have been damaged in transit you must notify us of any problems within
3 days of receipt. Depending on the degree of damage we will provide a replacement or effect
repairs at the earliest opportunity. All original packaging should be retained for inspection.
